Khyber @ 50 It started with a tweet… and so I thought, when its 50 years I’ll go and pay a visit to the “Khyber Pass”.   Things sort of snowballed. Sections of the Watkin Path leading from Nant Gywnant up to the summit of Snowdon served as a convenient stand in for the sometimes difficult and dangerous to reach Khyber pass,  in the north of Pakistan, close to the border with Afghanistan.
